Grade A+: Looks and works like new.

Grade A: The product which are classified as A will have minor to medium marks or scratches with minimal signs of usage in keyboard or trackpad. They may have very minor physical impecfections but have no fuctional issues.

Grade B+: The product which are classified as B+ have signs of usage as moderate to extensive marks or scratches.  It may have minimal wear on palm rest, keyboard, touchpad. May have minor dents, discoloration and sign of white spot on screen. They have no fuctional issues.

Grade B: The product which are classified as B have signs of usage as moderate to extensive marks, discoloratin or scratches.  It may have wear on palm rest, keyboard, touchpad. May have minor dents and sign of white spot on screen. They have no fuctional issues but battery life is not guaranteed.

Grade C: The product which are classified as C may have moderate to extensive sign of usage-marks, dent, chips, scratches. It may have wear on palm rest, keyboard, touchpad and minor white screen blemishes.

Grade D: The product which are classified as D have extensive marks, scratches or signs of usage. They may have dents and other physical imperfection(i.e missing logo, missing rubber pad etc). Palm rest, keyboard and touchpad may show moderate sign of usage as well. Screen may show signs of white blemishes. Product may contain 1 faulty function(i.e faulty USB port, keyboard issues,faulty webcam etc). There is no warranty for this type of product.
